I really like this app. I just wish you would add the ability to schedule a pick up for returned items.
Ive tried opening the app to track when my package would arrive, but it doesnt even work. It just stays on a blank black screen! Horrible APP
I live in an apartment. I set up my local UPS store as my access point. Anything I purchase on the Internet, and is shipped UPS, is automatically shipped to my local UPS store. Easy! I receive alerts when my package is shipped and when it arrives. I can check status on my app in a clear, ledgable manner. I love this app. No more stolen packages.
Bring a widget to iOS would be very helpful for tracking packages!

Ups does not have a change address option. We recently moved and ups does not have an option to change the address of my package to our current address. Seems like Ups could use a little house cleaning and clean up the morons that run the company!!!

This app is great for tracking packages. I use it all the time for alerts and updates. Its been extremely handy lately with all the delays caused by hurricanes and floods. I highly recommend this app.
Half the locations listed are closed. What a waste of time. Maybe they should update the pickup locations in their app?
I pulled up the app and all I get is a black screen Im very disappointed, this app just does not function at all even if I leave it sit app still doesnt work.
I was surprised that when I allowed my location that it automatically gave me tracking info on a package without putting in tracking number. Was pleasantly surprised.
When I attempt to track the package this app keeps crashing and closes. PLEASE fix ASAP. I get a packages delivered on a regular basis and I am a UPS My Choice member.
Well-designed, intuitive, and functioning. Miles ahead of the USPS and FedEx apps.
For both the current version and the new beta, the newest delivery information is at the Bottom of the list/page. Everybody else puts the newest information at the top: email, facebook, twitter, news sites, etc.
It shows the information that you can find on their website or simply on google. Creating account with them is just a waste of time.

So I have a package arrived on Fri and I know I cant wait home all day for the delivery and signature - thats fine, I request a pick up service at 10a through the app and I get the update until 1p, but it also changing the delivery date on Monday - shouldnt that be noticed for the request when I do so? Also- there is no obvious options says "hold at costumer service", its after I phone the ups and I get to know that its an option (albeit a very, very inconvenienced one). So- what is the purpose of the app since it only bring me more trouble when using it? Just delete it and go online, ita simply much more developed.
Used to be a great app, but an update caused it to have a black screen upon start on the iPod Touch. Its been months now, UPS has yet to fix this, and reinstalling does not help.
