Was supposed to recieve my package today instead they gave it to my neighbour becuas I wasnt home and I currently do not have my package.

Doesnt do anything. Tracking feature didnt find any information on my shipment. The contact us link has a disclaimer stating emails arent answered. My parcel traveled across North America and is close to me somewhere, and the app doesnt know its been shipped. The delivery truck left a note stating that I could sign the authorization slip for the parcel to be left with my neighbour when he returned the following day. The following day he left a note saying he would go to the neighbours on Monday. I can pick my parcel up at the warehouse if I call first, except no one answers the phone. Good bye app, hello fedex.

Its a really surprisingly bad app. Nothing works as it should, translations are incomplete, navigation is buggy, etc. Overall this is a piece of garbage.

What an absurd way to run a company. Could not get my package because they did not drop it off at an access point. Its stuck in a truck while I could have gotten it for 2 days. Goodbye UPS, hello Canada Post.

This app is mostly unusable as I keep getting a message saying it cannot connect to the server. Either that or it simply fails to load resulting in blank white screen. iPhone 6 iOS 10.0.2

Tracking a package is easy, reminders by email is a nice option. I noticed some delays in tracking updates but it is not recurring. The delivery date is very accurate and if the package is not delivered to you, it is usually available the same day at the Access Point close to your home.

Good shipping, bad company.

This App is completely useless, nothing works. It keeps getting you to sign in and nothing happens.

Like UPS, this app is completely useless. Obviously senior management never uses their services or theyd quickly realize what a POS business they run.

I cant even establish my profile. The app doesnt work. Dont waster your time!

Since some updates ago I cannot use my account, and today I checked the memory used: 136MB of which only 1.2MB of user datas????how is it possible??? The planetarium/astronomy app is smaller, come on guys!!! Your app should be smallest!!!

Its not possible to see the tracking as it always goes in crash when entering in the page.

Crash Bugs.

After being told I could get an estimated time for delivery for free I signed up and installed this app. As soon as I went through all the hoops those options went away and it would only tell me what the basic website will. Delivery by end of day. Ill stick with the website but Im annoyed they baited me into setting up an account and it added no value to what I can do already.

UPS.app showed Exception: Action required in the tracking screen for my packet, but there was no way to do anything or get information what to do. Under Contact UPS you can leave feedback, but cannot reach anybody. ... completely useless!

Expected my order the 16th. They sent it Florida and told me i was going to get it till the 19th. Going vacation on the 18th pretty much ruined my plans.

Worst app, worst service

Not yet compatible with iOS 10. Any version release beyond September 18, 2016 will be compatible with iOS 10. Crashes and doesnt connect to the UPS servers.

Ask me to register in order to see when my package will be delivered. Guess what happened when I did register?
