After reinstall, no option to sign in to my account. Have to register again. Wasted my time.

Im waiting for my packages, but it said it will be arrived between 1:30 to 5:30!!! Its hilarious. It would be better to not giving a time.

Way too glitchy. Appears simple to change delivery location or date. But no confirmation if it has happened. A very clumsy app. Great idea but definitely needs more work.

Just starting with ups logo and black screen. Noting else.

Sometimes the app closes for no reason, its not real time tracking. There is a at least a 10hour delay on your package status, also iOS is very slow! My package has been cleared of customs for 3 days now and its still sitting there! Seriously FedEx is better...

The colour contrast is bad - dark brown and bright white dont work together. and ad on the half screen with some dude face is annoying.

All I get is a black screen. App is useless until they get this figured out.

Logo then blackness. I downloaded ParcelTrack instead and it works great!

Just downloaded app and nothing but a black screen. Useless in time and waste of space on my iPod

Terrible. Fire whoever made this and restart. All I see is black. Black as space. Black as my heart.

Not sure why this app is getting bad reviews its awesome. It allows me to release the package and tell the driver to leave on porch. Incredibly useful. I havent found a problem yet. Good work. The UI could look a little nicer tho

I am doing search in Ottawa for UPS stores and it showing me results in New York state. This app is joke. Such big company and such garbage app.

This App tells you when a shipment is arriving, you dont have to enter long shipping numbers. It allows you to change packages to be delivered to an access point instead of your shipping address. It even emails you to remind you that your shipment is arriving the next day. UPS is the BEST!!

I used this app and worked very good on my iPhone 6s from the time my item was shipped from uk until I got my box in Canada

The app is very handy and finally a step in the right direction! One problem - I have an iPhone 6. When you have a list of tracking numbers - the app will not let you click on the bottom tracking number (which always happens to be the most recent one). If you keep fiddling with it over and over again, you can sometimes finally get it to select the bottom tracking number. It is like the spacing is off or something. PLEASE FIX THIS! Otherwise - very useful! Thank You.

Same issue as reported by @RJH xster: cant open the last item of the delivery planner. iPhone SE. Otherwise a GREAT app.

If you dont want to interact with it , it works, kind of... but if you need to see tomorrows delivery or a second tracking and its on the bottom of your screen: good luck ! Doesnt scroll, doesnt show the back button, you have to guess it is on the upper left . Which bugs were fixed today ?! Please make an app that works , and while you are there one that works for the iPad too . Ill give 5 stars

Do NOT ever use UPS. Its a problem EVERY time. Im currently waiting a month for a local package.
