When I go to track a shipment, it shows one or two that have already been delivered but I have to keep reentering the tracking number for a new one in process.

One of the main things I like about this app, is that you dont need to type in your tracking number, you can just snap a picture of the label and it automatically scans your barcode, however it does not work in my app I tried several times. Please please fix this bug. Thanks!

I have the app and asked that a package be delivered to the local UPS hub for pickup as I didnt want my package sitting outside my house all day. It appears that by asking it to be held 2 mikes from my house means I really wanted it sent to Korea. Either that or the tracking feature doesnt work.

Ive had 1 app crash and it was a small company.

My husband signed up for this years ago. You cant sign up for your own account at the same address. Stupid.

App works on the window time frame late but it started working.

Every time your move to a different view you get a long loading spinner. Frustrating to use.

The ups website says if you download this app you will have access to free alerts about a 2 hour delivery window. When you download the app, you find out the delivery window alerts are only part of a paid premium service. Very annoying.

Worst kind of service forced me to write review.. I was supposed to get parcel in 2 days from Verizon & its already been 4 days and app is stuck on arrival scan at origin & scheduled delivery status still says unavailable.. A BUNCH OF LAZY PEOPLE

Better off using the browser, tried to setup addresses and being asked questions like for a mortgage loan, even when answer correctly still the app says are incorrect and service unavailable, not worth waisting my time.

It is better to go through the website than to use this app. Several features flat out dont work. Example, the redirect package feature.

This app is terrible. You cannot move through pages without having to make like youre deleting it! Once youre on a page youre stuck. Also you get zero updates on delivery so if youre trying not to miss it... fat chance of that!

This app is horrible. I wasted an hour trying to set up a delivery location.

Failed to recognized my account as logged in when I attempted to view ship history advising I was not logged in. After numerous login/logout attempts, nothing. Total fail.

I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO GET MY PHONE CAUSE YALL DONT WORK ON THE WEEKENDS SMH

Cant open the app at all due to crashes.

After a few hours the app logs out. When i log back in, it doesnt recognize my password. The only way to log back in, is to reset your password. Its happened multiple times.

This app was amazing initially! I loved getting notifications when packages shipped and when to expect them. The app is no longer notifying me now though

After iOS 10 update its wont automatically pick up the tracking info. You cannot paste tracking to number in the search bar must enter manually.

I got this app for the sole purpose of redirecting a package in route. If there is a way to perform this advertised function I cant find it in the menu. I am an IT professional, and am again underwhelmed by an app from a large company. Why dont they hire some game developers who actually understand how to build a decent user interface?!
