Doesnt do anything. Tracking feature didnt find any information on my shipment. The contact us link has a disclaimer stating emails arent answered. My parcel traveled across North America and is close to me somewhere, and the app doesnt know its been shipped. The delivery truck left a note stating that I could sign the authorization slip for the parcel to be left with my neighbour when he returned the following day. The following day he left a note saying he would go to the neighbours on Monday. I can pick my parcel up at the warehouse if I call first, except no one answers the phone. Good bye app, hello fedex.
