Useless

Im not sure what the app is for or why they even have one. The website is awful and the app is even less helpful. If only my suppliers would stop using UPS. The app doesnt really let you do anything. You can attempt to change a ship date for $5 or have them hold it at the one in state shipping location. There isnt even a link to call UPS from the app that I could find easily. How UPS is in business is baffling. I think they are still operating with systems from the 80s.
