Basic but Not Brilliant
UPS is not my preferred shipper, so I dont use it much. The app handles basic needs. It lets me have all deliveries go automatically to one of two UPS stores of my choice. And I get email and txt notification of package status; I could also choose voice notification but thats not practical for me.
But there are issues, too. It took over 30 minutes to get an email with a password reset code - thats about 28-29 minutes too long.
It shows the status of packages Ive already picked up as not yet delivered - weeks later! And UPS customer support could not find the package at all - lost in space!
As I said, UPS is not my preferred shipper.
