Not easy to do. Having to jump through hoops, repeatedly having to re-authenticate who I am. Put in a request for a phone call, said it would be 8 minutes for return call, that was @ 1 1/2 hours ago.

This tracking app doesn't provide any information for the day of delivery and as usual the time commitment has been missed

The picture of the location was a joke: can’t tell what or where the location was. Also couldn’t change the delivery address or location. UPS app is useless.

The driver didn’t give me even 20 seconds to come to the door before leaving. Now I have to go to a UPS store to get my package.

The most aggravating app I have used. Cannot reset password...very buggy

Why do I need to create an account t and log in to track my package? Security? Or you want my info to sell to a third party or to market to me? Please just do what you were paid to do, deliver my package and give me an update on the delivery. Next time I’ll try FedEx.

Ordered Home Depot product, was advised of a March 31st delivery. Now nothing, last scan was in Goodyear Arizona. Where’s my package????

The last packages I’ve had delivered have been delayed and not because of weather. Also, when they are out for delivery, the delivery time keeps changing. I am aware that there are circumstances beyond the driver’s control, but it is frustrating to be waiting on a delivery when the time keeps being extended later and later.

Delivery promised between 2 and 4. I get home at 1:15 and they’ve come and gone with no option other than same time tomorrow when I’ll be gone.

The drivers have ignored my delivery instructions several times and left my packages outside a gate 20 ft from hwy 32 where it can be easily stolen or at the wrong house despite me leaving the gate code and front porch delivery instructions with no recourse cause the driver says it was “ delivered “ but no precise location where exactly it was delivered. Fed ex at least follows the same instructions and provides a photo of proof. With ups you get a fiasco on a computer.

…if it’s addressed to me, signature required, and the driver shows up and rings my doorbell, why doesn’t it show up automatically under the “To Me” tab? A manual search on the tracking number works, but is that the way it’s supposed to be?

Your website lacks any form of customer support. The Apple login doesn’t work. Basically nothing on the app works. I would say I’m shocked but as you have been sitting on my package somewhere in limbo since March 21st with no clue about the arrival date, definitely not shocked. DO BETTER!

Nice use this service

I changed my delivery address, yet ups sends the last three packages to the the store I canceled. This store is hard to get to due to traffic.

The delivery estimates are never consistent. One day you’re going to get your order at 11 AM and then they’ll change it at the last minute to the next day at the end of the day. Not a good service. Amazon should buy them out.

I paid the service fee to delay my delivery for a few days on 4/18 to allow me to take off work and it’s going to be ignored and deliver early! This was for two different shipments. Paid $10 extra for each to deliver later. I will NOT use this service ever again!

Rarely do packages arrive within estimated time

It never works. I’ve tried to use the camera to scan tracking receipts and it has yet to work. Also, I have notifications set to tell me when a package is arriving to my address. It never never registers any of my packages. I honestly don’t know what this app is for except to look up the traditional tracking number by typing it all in. Something I could do on their website. It’s a useless app.

Delivered to the wrong address. I had to go next door and retrieve it. Not cool.

UPS changed delivery to an access delivery point which I did not authorize. Now I’m gonna have to chase it down to pick up my box tomorrow. lousy.

They give you a time frame for when your order gets here its been overdue for 4 hours i have to sign my package and had to cancel plans just to wait for this package

Before I updated I was watching the truck progress in my neighborhood. Now all I get is the center of the Atlantic Ocean.

I’m appalled at the low level of “service” given by your company! Instructions are never followed and the driver will NEVER STOP AT MY APARTMENT TO DELIVER MY MEDS!!!!! On a designated delivery day I must remain in my apartment ALL day fingers crossed that the driver will stop at my apartment…so far I am 0 for 5!!!!! Then, if I choose to have my meds taken to a UPS store $5.99????????????????? You have got to be kidding me!!!!!!!! Absolutely pathetic!!!!

Great to track down your UPS Packages!!!

I literally dread when i have to order from ups they always postpone your order, delivery dates are always wrong, the drivers throw packages, purposely don’t come to your house and are so lazy. You’ll never be able to get in contact with anyone to resolve issues i would pay 100 dollars everytime just to not have ups deliver my packages

I wanted to mention that Mike. Who delivers to 61 Davis Dr., Montauk, NY 11954, is the best! He’s considerate and dependable and a nice person to see around the house!

There are so many improvements that are needed on this app. It would take me an hour to list them.

The driver that used to be for this area brought the packages up to the porch. I have a house number attached to my gate that the US Postal service said was assigned to me and the UPS map showed my address at a barn on the road behind my property.

Unusable - can’t change delivery options can’t make any changes

I wish I had an option to tell the delivery driver to leave it at the front door of my apartment building since there is no code to get in. I work from home so I can grab it immediately but Ive had so many missed deliveries because of this problem. Heck they could even leave the package outside my window which is right next to the front door and on the ground level. However there is no option to specify where I want my package other than limited options like, “front door” “shed” “garage”

I didn't know that a signature would be required, so I missed the delivery. So what's the purpose of one-day delivery when you have to wait at your front door the next day for your package, wasting most of your morning?

I appreciate the App updating push and email notices with delivery times, with sender information. It’s Outstanding to receive a photo of the package delivered. I know actually where it was placed and can retrieve immediately.
