I haven’t received any package for this order,but system showed that it was delivered,and I claimed that two months ago,but it hasn’t been solved until now! It was wealth nearly $300,and was handled badly! What a terrible experience!

My typical UPS (weekday) driver would never have done this. The Saturday diver left two large boxes outside in pouring rain on snow covered steps- with no covering. Boxes wrecked and contents are soaked.
Would be nice if notification estimated less than four hours
You are scheduled to bring out my medicine on Monday. I was not going to be home. I tried to change it to Thursday or Friday, but you’re gonna charge me $10 even though you’re planning on going out there Monday when you could just push it to Thursday or Friday. This is worse than the government.

I received a notice informing me my package has been delayed by customs. Why does my package require customs clearance when it’s from a supplier in the US.
Does not deliver to my front door as per instructions. Delivers to locker in mailroom and doesn’t provide the locker number for pick up. Sorry service. Worst carrier service.

I put in delivery instructions twice and the driver did not follow the instructions. The driver was to leave the package at the neighbors house and he did not.

Terrible. I pay for this service and I never know where it is going to be delivered. It might be to my son’s house or the neighboring grain elevator. Quit being lazy and deliver to the address that is in the package.
I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday and it never arrived. Today I go to check the status and it shows a new delivery date was requested. I never requested that. The virtual assistant is useless.

My package was initially showing out for delivery yesterday. UPS informed me that the sender requested to delay the delivery date. I contacted the sender to confirm that was false information. UPS failed to deliver an expedited package and blamed it on Chase!
Don't bother to download app. It is impossible to verify email, despite multiple requests to resend a verification code. Now I'm wondering how I will be able to be notified of delivery of temperature-sensitive medication to my south Florida address. Update: The app finally finished verifying after an hour. I was unable to request that the UPS driver to ring the door bell on delivery, only leave package at the front door. As a result, my temperature-sensitive medication sat outside in the heat until I received a notification 20-30 minutes after the package was delivered—not the driver’s fault, it was an app problem. Please fix this issue for those who can only afford their life-dependent medication by UPS.

Paid for next day air service and didn’t receive the service, package, or offer of a refund. Customer aren’t valued neither is Customer Service!
Ups went down with service and people working are very racist
The service is just getting worse every day. I paid for 2 air and it’s been 3 days and they don’t even know where it is and when I called them I was told she escalated the issue and someone would call and they couldn’t even do that!
They keep saying my package was undeliverable, but it’s going to CVS for me to pick up. When I go to pick them up I’m told, UPS never came the day they claim they tried to deliver the packages.
Twice this week
Came home early from work, package to be delivered - been on the truck since 9:30 am. I was here - where were they? Sorry, we screwed up - wait 3 more days. You’ll be home Monday - right. Oh well. UPS doesn’t deliver again. Well done boys.
Left package at the wrong house. I had to walk around the neighborhood to find it. Thanks goodness for an honest neighbor or I might as well kissed the package goodbye.
Derrick has been the Delivery Person on my route for some time now. I was anxiously awaiting this delivery as it was for my prescription eyeglasses. When I saw the truck stopping outside I was waiting at the door for him and he placed the package in my hands. He is a ***** employee: polite, friendly, professional and usually ahead of schedule for delivery. Great employee-give him some appreciation for ALWAYS doing a great job.
